2005 Cefla / Falcioni Linear Spraying System

The Falcioni Flexispay is an automated linear finishing machine for priming, sealing, and lacquering linear stock. It is capable of applying traditional lacquers, and UV-curable coatings. The PLC system reads when the board is entering; it triggers the guns in sequence as the molding passes through. The system has the ability to contain as many as six guns for maximum flexibility.  Equipped with a self contained Central Fire system.
