Selexx CHIEF Model

The SELEXX/CHIEF is the ide al machining center for those companies requiring a larger machining table. The 5' x 12' table size allows for the machining of oversized parts in panel, solid wood, plastics and composite materials. Equipped with 2 (two) BECKER Vacuum Pumps as standard, providing a total vacuum capacity of 20HP, the SELEXX/CHIEF offers a truly unique CNC Router for a multitude of applications.

Selexx PRIMO Model

The SELEXX/PRIMO has two 5' x 10' tables for dual zone operation, convertible to one single zone up to 20' long with 12-automatic pop-up pins for locating sheet stock. This allows the operator to load on one table, while the machine is processing on the other table and alternating back and forth for a continuous machining operation, maximizing output!

Automated Production Full Line

OMNITECH SELEXX can create a fully automated production line to meet the highest standards for volume panel processing from MATE, PAL and CHIEF models. These machines can be outfitted with fully automated loading and off-loading systems.

Automatic loading and off-loading system

An automatic scissor lift table with three ton load bearing capacity is used for full bundles of panel materials. The Suction Cup Loading Device and Integrated Vacuum Cleaning System is standard on the OMNITECH Full Line CNC Router. The Integrated Vacuum Cleaning System ensures that all dust and debris is removed from the machine table prior to loading the next sheet. The six (6) industrial strength vacuum cups will load and position sheet material onto the table top without scratching the surfaces and aligns them perfectly against the pop up pins.

Automatic labeling system

A popular option to add to the nesting line is the automatic label printer. Through its stand-alone software and controller, the label printer is effective at reducing the amount of cycle time needed by completing the application of labels before the panel is cut.
