The SNX frame is constructed of heavy wall, structural steel tubing.  The frame has been designed to provided a rigid and stable machining platform in the most demanding environments



Our accuracies are driven by world class technology

ALL SNX frame components are stress relieved prior to machining.  Machining is performed using a high precision Vertical Machining Center, capable of five sided machining in one set-up to insure parallelism and perpendicularity of the final product



Automatic lubrication is standard on all SNX TG Series Routers

All positioning bearings, ball screws and racks are serviced by an automatic lubrication system, activated directly by the machine control.  This ensures the ballscrew and linear guideway are being lubricated to the manufacturer's specifications.

High Performance HSD Spindles
SNX Technologies uses only the highest quality spindles on all of our machines.  Each spindle must meet exacting specifications and is subject to a strict inspection process prior to being accepted into inventory.

 - 10Hp (S1-rated) continuous duty
 - 12Hp (S6-rated)
 - Cartridge type
 - Programmable RPM's from 1,000-24,000
 - HSK 63F tool holders
 - Anti-rotational ring to accept aggregates
 - Powered by a 14.7Hp AC frequency inverter
 - (2) two airblast nozzles

"Z" axis performance:
 - 8.7" programmable "Z" stroke
 - 10.9" is the spindle nose to table in position one
 - 16.9" is the spindle nose to table in position two

SNX SPINDLE ADVANTAGES - The combination of an HSD spindle with an over sized inverter gives our machine more power and with a independently mounted cooling fan on top of the spindle gives us a excellent means to dissapate heat compared to others.  This along with being equipped with an aggregate retention ring and BIG "Z" performance gives you the flexibility you need in this ever changing market.





Aggregate Compatible Tool Changer

Each machine is supplied with an 8 station ride along carousel type tool changers mounted to the bridge to maximize "in cut" time.

SNX ADVANTAGE - We designed our gantry with one word in mind "RIGID".  Because of this we are able to mount our tool changer to the "X" axis column.  This along with the ability to hold aggregates enables you the customer to maximize your flexibility and through put.
